Ordering Terms & Conditions

• Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days. 

• All orders require a 75% deposit with the remaining 25% balance charged the business day before delivery. Orders are placed with manufacturers within 48 hours once a deposit has been received.

• Orders placed through Clare Miller Home receive complimentary receiving and inspection in our warehouse. 

• Deliveries are scheduled once orders have been received in full. Please contact us for more information on split deliveries.

• Clare Miller Home is not responsible for the occasional manufacturer defect or shipping damage but will help to resolve any claims issues.

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on the following items: Final sale or clearance items, truck delivered items, furniture, installed light fixtures.
